These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of wardroft.com and to purchases made through this website.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by DLT EAST COAST INC. under the wardroft brand. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Please read the Shipping & Delivery, Return Policy and Privacy Policy pages together with these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or use the website with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate, complete and current contact, billing and delivery information.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with site security or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the website or its services.
3. Product information
Please review product descriptions, options and measurements before ordering. Images are for product presentation; colors may appear differently on different screens. We aim to keep information accurate, but descriptions, prices and availability may contain errors.
If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you with the available options. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment collected for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes and other amounts collected by us, if applicable, are displayed before you complete payment. Free shipping is available on orders of $78 or more.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments are subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider. Prices and promotions may change for future orders; changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders, changes and cancellation
Placing an order is a request to purchase. An automated order-receipt message confirms receipt of your request and does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, a material pricing error, payment failure or reasonably suspected fraud. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
To request a change or cancellation, email service@wardroft.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has progressed. Your rights under the Return Policy and applicable law remain available.
6. Processing, shipping and delivery
Order processing and dispatch normally take 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is the preparation period before carrier transit and is not a total delivery estimate.
Delivery time depends on the destination, selected service and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. We will assist with delayed, missing or damaged shipments; nothing here removes any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. See Shipping & Delivery for further information.
7. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Return Policy and applicable law. Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide instructions.
The return address is 1220 Hayhurst Lane, Southfield, MI, 48034, USA. This is separate from our registered company address. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless another arrangement is required by law or agreed with you.
8. Website content and customer submissions
Website content may be owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have permission to submit it and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe another person’s rights. If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display and format it in connection with the store without changing its meaning. We may remove submissions that violate these terms.
9. Third-party services and privacy
Checkout, payment, delivery and other functions may involve third-party providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store.
Links to external websites do not mean we control or endorse all of their content. Review the relevant terms and privacy information before using an external service.
10. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable website, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may carry out maintenance or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, technical or legal reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or arise solely from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These conditions are governed by and construed exclusively under law without regard to conflicts of laws principles. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NY,USA
12. Changes and other provisions
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
